Hello, I have a SD card for my phone and it's not showing up as a mass storage device anymore on my computer.  It used to show up with another drive letter when I went to "my computer" on my pc.  I've since changed phones (my 1st one broke).  When I plug my USB cable into my computer, the computer is not recognizing the storage device.  It charges fine so I know the USB end on the computer is working.  I have tried reinstalling the USB software from the Verizon disk and also removed and reinstalled the card from the phone and both didn't work.  If anyone could please give some suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks in advance, George

all you have to do to put music on it is
1. put the micro sd card in your env2
2. turn on ur music and this will format the Micro SD
3. then take it out and you will see the folders on ur pc when you plug it in
4. load it up

all is good
i got just a lil over 270 songs on my 2 gig micro sd

BTW you cant put the music in by folders, you have to do it song by song or it wont work

I'm new here and had the same issue you described...probably too late since you posted this back a few months.  SD cards over 2-GB are high capacity (SDHC).  The SD card reader (used to read/transfer data to/from your computer) has to be SDHC compatible.  I figured out that my SD card reader was only useful for SD memory only vice SDHC.
