I have a micro usb card, but no usb card for my phone to plug it in to the computer, is there still a way for me to put my own ringtones on the phone through my microUSB card?

If your computer has Bluetooth, you can use that.  If not, then you would need to send them by Booger (Pix & Flix) Messaging.

Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and go into the Bluetooth utility on your computer. Set your phone to be discoverable and then connect to it from the computer.  Click to send a file, and send the sound file that you want to use as a ringtone. The phone will receive it, and you can save it and use it as a ringtone. If these instructions aren't detailed enough, I can open mine up and see what to do.

You can't actually get ringtones off of the microSD card. They need to be on the phones internal memory. In order to get a ringtone, you need to use Bitpim, or send yourself the sound using various websites.
ex: phonezoo
     myxer
You can save the sound directly to your My Ringtones, or save to my sounds.
If you save it to my sounds, you need to send that sound to yourself via text message and save it to My Ringtones.
If you have a sound on your microSD card, you can always send it to yourself and save it as a ringtone.

With another phone I had, Bitpim did not detect the phone while connected with bluetooth.
But that doesn't mean its not connected.
Try to get phone data.

I can't find any "save" option once i get it on my phone. I'm on Verizon if that changes anything.

Now that I think of it, it may automatically save it. Look for it in your media.
