I try to send ringtones from the BB storm to the env2  via bluetooth but it went to "my sounds" and i can not set it as a ring tone..also i did not get any usb with it, but im using my BB storm usb cable and when i plug it in it says something about installing..but i didnt get any disc with it...

please help..how can i add the ring tones and music  that i already have to the env2

You probably need a LG USB Driver for the env2, you can download it from this link and then install it on your PC: http://www.gyver.com/drivers/env2usb.zip

Transfering ringtones by bluetooth, it works for some and for some it doesn't. Not sure why, It didn't work for me it just went to the My Sounds folder.

Using a computer, I recommend to transfer using BitPim, you can use a USB cable or if you have bluetooth connection with your computer.

send the sound 2 ur self via txt message, then u can save it as a ringtone.
