in the service menu theres a FOTA menu but when ever i try to update, it says it fail. why is this

I'm having the same problem, except it either says "Credentials Wrong" or "Server Unavailable"

It could because Verizon hasn't actually put this option into effect yet, I think. I don't know of any Verizon feature phone that has this option actually worked.
