is there a way? help please i will return favor with hacks eventually

my Get it now stuff is all blocked and i cant download anything and i was wondering if anyone knows of a way to unlock it without verizon doing it

can i do it from computer or the phone  i have the env2 i can do a lot with it but i cant download apps and games and stuff

Yes! there is a way.
But I'm assuming your parents blocked these features for a reason.
Go to 'Menu', then go to 'Settings & Tools', then go to 'My Account.'
You should connect to the free mobile website, now go to 'My Verizon' and when the next page loads press '5' or scroll down and click 'My Features.' Now enter your 4 digit security code, click Ok. Now on the next page you'll see a bunch of features either checked or unchecked. In bold somewhere it should say blocked services, uncheck all they you want. Now click Continue, when the next page loads click end on your keyboard and you should be done.
