Just purchased my first LG product (Env2).  Moreover, this is the first time I have purchased a "smart phone".  Generally speaking, I am happy with the purchase (especially since it did not cost much - 2yr contract).

Couple of questions/comments.
One, there are times when the phone does not recognized the memory card (microSD).  There are times the phone does not recognize the files (.mp3) on the card.  That said, I went cheap and bought PNY memory.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Do you have a solution?

Two, noticed one of my contact's font color is red.  Why?

Thanks

This phone isn't a smartphone, just a regular cell phone with a keyboard. Your two contacts in red mean there your ICE contacts. In Case of Emergency. You can change this by going to the In Case of Emergency contact entry at the top of your contacts list.
And the first thing you should do to the memory card when you get it is to go to the settings and tools menu, go to memory, and format the card memory. drag and drop all of your .mp3 files into the my_music folder on the microSD card.

Thanks for your reply.  Fixed the ICE contacts...thanks.  I did format the microSD and still get the same problem.  Problem being some times (not all the time) the phone will not recognize the card.  Then there are times when the phone will recognize the card but will not show any files (.mp3).  Going to go back to Verizon store, see if they can fix.  Believe I have a month before I can not do an exchange/return.

I appreciate your reply.
