I will cheer for your success!   I am no hacker (never even came close in my life).  I am just an average user but I do hope someone can hack this phone left right and center.

im a newbie like really new but I think I figured out the gps one thing
you go to
1. ##Lgservicemenu --> then press send --> then service code --> 000000 ---> this brings u to a hidden menu
2. field tests--> gps one--> test number--> type in 922-->ok
3. the got to NV--->it is # 5 in the gpsone menu--->gps one lock--> turn it off--->
4. Gps test screeen---> on---> ok
5. Start Application--->Leave hidden menu by pressing end
6. Dial 922---> send---> wait a few seconds and you'll get your exact coordinates

                                                         Hope This Helps! Smiley

Hi guys. I got my Env2 yesterday, from Telus in Quebec, Canada. I've tried many things I've found to access the service menu, but without success. Here are the things I tried:

- ##lgsevicemenu
- ##program9100

Each time I hit the send button, the phone calls and I get Telus's message telling me I dialed a wrong number.

Then I tried ##debug. As soon as I typed the "g", a new screen automatically opened, asking me for a service code. I typed 000000 as all of you did (and also tried 123456), but I received a "wrong password" message both times.

My guess is that I have a different firmware version than on you guys' phones. Does anybody have a clue of what I could try? I would like to shut X1 signal detecting to maybe expand battery life. And I'm also very curious of what I could find in there.

Thanks a lot to anyone who could help...

This does NOT work for me, at all. When I dial 922 it shows "Network GPS Start" on the screen, then the operator says:" Carrier access codes are not recognized by this network. Please hang up and dial the number directly. Announcement 62-53...." I have an Env2 in the U.S. Any idea what's wrong?

Hi all! New member here. Just be careful with this one! As soon as I made the adjustments suggested above and dialed 922, it connected me to 911! Pretty sure I did everything right...
