It says Koodo currently which is my provider which is a subsidiary of Telus. It contains your phone number, and ESN. This is not the name of your phone. If they have you in their contacts, your name will come up. The name has nothing to do with this. Only to identify your phone with Telus-Koodo. It's how they know what phone, and what information it needs to connect to the network.
