How do you save calendar alarm settings?

I use the calendar a LOT. Mostly for things I need to remember, like "buy milk" "get kids" "set booby-traps". I had the RAZR POS and paid the $20 fine to get it 6 months earlier so I could get away from that crappy phone. BUT, there is one thing it did that I can not seem to get on the ENV2: it defaulted to "Vibrate on" for the alert in the calendar (like how it defaults to 15 minutes before in both systems). I always forget to turn the phone back to sound after work, or sometimes I even need the alert during work, and when it is silent, unless it is set to vibrate, I am going to miss appointments and such. Making it worse, the vibrate option is like the last thing on the list. Also, I would like to default the ring tone to something else, but that is a minor annoyance.

Is there anyway to set it so that it will always vibrate for an alert in the calendar? (with out doing it every time you set an alert?)
