Think i Messed up. (lgservicemenu)

Well when i was messing with the menu. Yes, i Know we shouldn't play around with these things but i was bored and overwhelmed that the fact there's a cool hidden feature in this phone. So i go to the "FOTA Test" At the Bottom of the ServicesLG Page. And it Says it will Update or Check for a Update for my Phone (VX910V07) So i Click "OK" and it check for a update and nothing happens it just says No update or Error idk and Restarts my phone. But it Keeps popping up at random times. "Verizon Wireless Update ---- WARNING: ---- Cannot make or receive phone calls, including 911 calls, during the update ---- Approx Update time: ---- 3Mins" And i went to Options in that Menu and clicked "Reject" so it might stop but idk what the problem is. i even did a "Restore Phone". Any Help? clues. and do you know where i could find a Webpage to explian what every thing on the Menu does.
