row of buttons not working?!?!?!

ive had this phone since february and already the 7, 8, 9 buttons r malfunctioning im getting mad now and if anyone could help wut should i do or is it that im an idiot and should just return it for a new 1? i rly dont wanna pay to get it fixed.

I don't know how much help this will be, but most of my friends with the EnV2 have had this happened to them. It's actually a defect. Some phones have it, and others don't. There really isn't anything else to do other than get it fixed or use the inside keypad. Sorry.

If you just got it this february, you shouldn't have to pay to get it fixed.
