I want to get my env2 to work on my att&t network, i know that it can be done
cause i have heard people talk about can you pleae tell me how i am desprate

You heard wrong. Sorry. ATT uses a different cellular network, GSM which needs sim cards.
Verizon on the other hand uses CDMA which doesn't.
There is no possible way to get an LG enV2 to work on ATT.
