Can't unlock « on: December 23, 2008, 11:30:36 AM » I just bought a phone for my daughter on eBay.  It arrived today and I attempted to program it.  I can't dial any number. I get a message that says "press OK to unlock."  If I press OK and then try to dial again, I get the same message.  I can't dial any numbers. Is there something wrong with the phone or am I simply missing the unlock code from the previous owner?  Is  there a default code I should try? Hi..i believe you should go to settings>>>Phone Info>>My Number...now remember the last four digits of the "mobile device number" and program those numbers into the message that says "press OK to unlock" Hopes this helps=] If this doesn't work just say so..as i think i may no one more thing...
